The study aimed to identify the degree of evaluation effectiveness reading and arithmetic initiative among teachers first three grades in Mafraq Governorate from their point view. sample consisted (110) male female public schools Governorate. used descriptive survey method, results showed a medium degree. view with mean (3.42), domain content class came place (3.68), standard deviation (0.69) high degree, while activities strategies second (3.36), (0.71) an (3.23) It also that there were no statistically significant differences attributed variable teaching experience all areas tool as whole. In light this, presented set recommendations, most notably conducting intensive training courses for teachers. focus on skills initiative, provide professional school climate enhances those skills.
